Edward Bransfield Scarf – limited run

This tartan scarf has been especially designed to celebrate the first expedition to see and chart the Antarctic Peninsula.  The expedition was led by Edward Bransfield, an Irish explorer from County Cork, in January 1820. The Edward Bransfield commemorative tartan, designed by Gael Mueller California, incorporates the colours found in the beautiful but hostile landscape of the Antarctic; pure white snow, crystal blue waters, black mountains, orange lichen, green moss and a touch of red for the penguin rookeries.
