If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone. Then simply return the item to us in the condition in which it was delivered, within fourteen days of receiving the goods. Please include a copy of the order despatch note, reason for the return and an indication of your wish to receive a refund or an exchange.

All carriage costs incurred with exchange or refund goods is at the customers expense.

Returns after fourteen days will be considered at the discretion of the Company. A refund will not be considered in such instances.

Goods should be returned to – Cushendale Woollen Mills, Graignamanagh, Co. Kilkenny, Ireland, by an insured and traceable method of transport. We do not accept responsibility for returning goods that are lost in transit.
