Customs & Duty
If you're ordering products for delivery outside the European Union, please be aware that local taxes, duties, or other import charges may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country's regulations and are beyond our control.
The recipient is fully responsible for handling any customs procedures and for covering all additional costs such as import duties, taxes, and processing fees. These charges are not included in your order total and will typically be requested by the courier or local authorities at the point of delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order.
Gifts: If you're sending a gift or placing an order on someone else's behalf, it's important to let them know they may be contacted separately to pay these fees.

Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days. In the event of any potential delay we will contact you. Delivery rates are inclusive of tax where applicable.

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone. Then simply return the item to us in the condition in which it was delivered, within fourteen days of receiving the goods. Please include a copy of the order despatch note, reason for the return and an indication of your wish to receive a refund or an exchange.
All carriage costs incurred with exchange or refund goods is at the customers expense.
Returns after fourteen days will be considered at the discretion of the Company. A refund will not be considered in such instances.
